Located on Matadakani Road, Mannagudda, this beautifully crafted apartment building is designed to evoke a Pride of Ownership in the buyer by providing them a home that is truly modern and hence best suited to the lifestyle of the new generation. IN-LAND already has six completed projects in the vicinity of this much desired residential area and Inland Elora will be another crown jewel for the company in Mannagudda.

The Bhoomi Pooja was conducted by Giridhar Bhat of Balambhat Math, with blessings by Fr Benjamin Pinto of St Immaculate Conception Church, Urwa and Dua by Imam Kamil Sakafi. The project brochure was released by Altaf Farooqui, a yesteryear Bollywood star and businessman from Goa and by the corporator of Mannaguda Sandhya Mohan Achar in the presence of the Chairman & managing director of the In-Land Group, Siraj Ahamed and directors of the In-Land Group, Meraj Yusuf and Wahaj Yusuf. Vedavyas Kamath, MLA, Mangaluru South, Sudheer Shetty Kannur, mayor of MCC and Mansoor Ali, MUDA commissioner graced the occasion and extended their best wishes.

Speaking at the function, Altaf said he had a long standing relationship with Siraj who was a man of great integrity and believed in fulfilling the sacred promises he gave to his customers. He wished the company and the project all the very best. Sandhya, corporator said the beautiful project would be an important addition to her ward and she wished to see the completed building soon. Jagdish, corporator said that one should learn the meaning of humility and community bonding from Siraj, who through his work is contributing greatly to the harmony and peace among all sections of society.

Ullas, the marketing manager, highlighted the key points of the project and also announced that project would be completed in the shortest possible time of 2 years and the company was also offering a special launch price which will be valid for a few days only.

Speaking to the media, directors Meraj Yusuf and Wahaj Yusuf said the 4-storey compact building is vaastu-compliant and has apartments of 3 BHK (1490, 1510 and 1630 sqft) and 2 BHK (1165, 1215 sqft) with essential amenities such as a spacious entrance lobby, 24-hour standby power, CCTV security, gymnasium, children’s play area and dedicated car parking space. RERA certification has already been obtained for the project and construction will commence immediately.
