Udupi, May 26: A pet dog followed a house maid, who was working for owners of the dog, in the bus as the woman was leaving for her home. This incident is reported from Ammunje Road bus stand at Saraswati Nagar here.
The conductor and passengers objected to the dog travelling in bus. But the dog did not budge. At last, the house maid had to alight from the bus.
The dog had left its owner’s house and followed the woman as she used to feed the dog every day and also play with it.
It is really commendable that in today’s world where close family members do not care for their own, the dog showed its love and dedication towards a woman who took care of it for some days.
