Mumbai, Jul 10: Though, earlier this week Aamir Khan had clarified on the 'DK Bose' song of his recent movie 'Delhi Belly', it seems that some people are still not satisfied with his explanation.

Now, Jabalpur High Court in Madhya Pradesh has issued a notice to Aamir Khan regarding the 'DK Bose' song and asked him to reply before July 12, 2011.

The petion filed by a person based in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh has asked the court to direct Aamir Khan to remove the song from movie.

When contacted, Aamir Khan just smiled and did not give any answer to anyone. 'I will reply to the notice,' he said.

Two artists had late last month met Aamir and claimed that the copyright to the term DK Bose belonged to them as they had held an art exhibition by that name a few years ago and registered the term under their name. Aamir was large-hearted about it and disowned any claim to the term, and acknowledged the same.

In a press conference earlier this week, though he looked a bit embarrassed, he went on to explain the intricacies and differences between the terms Bose DK and DK Bose, and since it was Aamir, everyone listened attentively. "The creative difference has been sorted, and we are happy to have reached an understanding," announced Aamir, who was also quick to point out, "In their (the artists) defence, I must say that they did not try to arm-twist me, and I understood they were from a different space."
