Mumbai: Assailants Shoot 35-year-old Man to Death

Mumbai, Jul 7: Two unidentified persons shot a 35-year-old man and his brother after barging into their shop near Bharat Steel Yard at Khetwadi area, Girgaon here on Wednesday July 6.

Ratnakar (40) was seriously injured after being shot on his leg but his brother Lalchand Bishnoi (35) who was shot in the chest died on the spot, said Joint Police Commissioner Rajnish Seth.

The two were rushed to nearby Harikishandas Hospital.

Seth said that a priliminary probe suggested that the assailant's has no intentions of robbery. However, the motive behind the attack is yet to be ascertained.
