Mangaluru: Tulu film ‘Gauji Gammath’ released across coast

Mangaluru, Apr 14: Tulu film ‘Gauji Gammath’ produced under the banner of Movin Films was released at Big Cinemas, Bharath Mall on Friday April 14. Well known dramatist and film director Vijay Kumar Kodialbail who inaugurated the programme said that the film produced with the efforts of Mohan Bhatkal and Vinayak Theerthahalli may be an inspiration to others. May the film be successful, he said.

Arvind Bolar said that the film produced with hard work should be successful so that Tulu film producers get the courage to produce more Tulu films.

Film producer, director Prakash Pandeshwar said that all the Tuluvas should watch the film and bless it. The film will be successful if all who are connected to Tulu film industry join, he said.

Arjun Kapikad, Prakash Thuminad, producers Vinayak Theerthahalli, Mohan Bhatkal, director A J Mani Karthikeyan, veteran actress Jayasheela, Jagannath Shetty Bala, Mohan Koppala, Prabhaker Brahmavar, Ramadas Sasihitlu, Ganesh Kamath, Sandeep Bedra, hero Karna Udyavar, actress Swati Prakash Shetty, Kishore Moodbidri, Chetak Poojary, D B Manjunath and others were present. Vikshith Kemthoor compered the programme.

Gauji Gammath is released at Roopavani, Big Cinemas, PVR, Cinepolis in Mangaluru, Kalpana at Udupi, Bharath Cinema and Inox at Manipal, Bharath cinema at Padubidri, Nataraj at Surathkal, Cini Galaxy, Aruna at Puttur, Bharath Cinema, Amarashree at Moodbidri, Radhika at Karkala and other places.

The film is a family comedy entertainer. There are people in the family with a competitive mind-set claiming what they do and say is right. While it may look laughable at times, it may be serious in other instances. The film portrays the way the situations get solved.
