Deadline for linking PAN with Aadhar extended till June 30

New Delhi, Mar 28 (IANS): In order to provide some more time to taxpayers, the date for linking PAN with Aadhaar has been extended to June 30.

The earlier deadline was March 31.

According to a notification issued by the Income Tax Department on Tuesday, till June 30, people can intimate their Aadhaar to the prescribed authority for PAN-Aadhaar linking without facing repercussions.

However from July 1, the unlinked PAN will become inoperative with consequences.

The PAN though, can be made operative again in 30 days, upon intimation of Aadhaar to the prescribed authority after payment of a Rs 1,000 fee.

No refund will be made against inoperative PANs, also interest shall not be payable on such refund for the period during which PAN remains inoperative, and TDS and TCS shall be deducted at higher rate.

    People who grumble and complain about PAN and Adhaar card, dont know the significance of it. Most frauds like the OTP fraud, phone fraud, Pyramid scheme and loan frauds are run by people who do not have legitimate PAN and adhar card. In the absence of properly linked PAN and Adhaar card, people can run shady businesses and cheat innocent people. That's why IT has made it mandatory to link pan and adhaar.

    Some serious questions... All this linking by the insistence of globalist elite ? Aadhaar is brainchild of bill gates and his elite technocrat friends, big tech Corps in India ? Looks like India is, these elite pilot site for citizen database, linking, then soon CBDCs for their total control, worldwide ? Technologists elite control the world ? Dr Yuval Noah Harari chief advisor to WEF President Klaus Schwab says humans are now hackable animals ? That means they have already controlling or able to hack Citizens, DNA, tax, vaccines... databases for transhumanism hacking or mind control of most of humanity using pretext of covid?
