Moodbidri, Mar 26: The fifth anniversary of Leksa Lighting's HI 5, one of the leading lighting companies, was celebrated at its premises in Moodbidri on Saturday, March 25.
Mahesh Salkar, the former executive vice president of Toyota Motor Asia Pacific Singapore, said, "I congratulate the remarkable journey of the young team who have achieved commendable milestones and inspired others. The initiative demonstrates the vision of Ronald and all three partners. Their passion and never-give-up attitude have enabled them to overcome challenges. They have launched five new business verticals and are committed to brightening every home and removing darkness globally."
Walter Nandalike, the managing director of Daijiworld Media Network Private Limited, said, "In just five years, Leksa Lighting has created a big brand and achieved wonders. When I interacted with Ronald, I felt he was a dynamic person, and in a short period of time, I realized that he possesses five top qualities. Ronald respects all religions and regions, prioritizing humanity over religion. He communicates effectively with employees, and there is much to learn from him. Sr Jacintha D’Souza, the principal of Father Muller School and College of Nursing, recalled her childhood days with her brother Ronald Sylvan D’Souza. She urged young people to dream, set goals, and not give up in the face of failure, but take it as an opportunity to rise.
Dinesh Pai, a former professor at SH College Madanthyar, said, "Ronald was my student and was an officer in NCC. Today, on this occasion, he remembered me, and I bless him for his future endeavors."

During the fifth-year celebration of Leksa Lighting's HI 5, dignitaries inaugurated Leksa Valley and Leksa Sports Club, and launched five new business verticals, including General Lights, Argil Lights, Aurea Lights, Designer and Bollard Lights, and Combo Lights. The Leksa Care Fund was also launched.
Leksa Lighting unveiled its new brand, Lexrise, and launched its product booklet.
During the anniversary event, two employees who were the best performers of the year at Leksa Lighting were awarded the car keys, and the best vendors were recognized. An award ceremony was also held.
Furthermore, the event honored employees who had completed 4 years of service at Leksa Lighting, as well as those who excelled in the marketing section.
The executive director of Leksa Lighting, Ronald Silvan D’Souza, welcomed the gathering, and Soujanya Hegde served as the event's emcee.
