‘Kantara’ bags four Chandanavana Film Critics awards

Mangaluru, Mar 8: Rishab Shetty’s ‘Kantara’ won the 4th Chandanavana Film Critics award for Best Film, Best Actor, Best Action and Best Music recently at Bengaluru.

Rishab Shetty had recently won the Most Promising Actor Award at Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Festival Awards 2023.

Kantara depicts the culture of Tulunadu such as Daivaradhane, and gives glimpses of Kambala.

Kantara turned out to be a blockbuster in every language including Hindi. The celebrities of Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam and Tamil applauded the effort put up by Rishab Shetty and his team in showcasing the culture of the coastal belt.

The film is written and directed by Rishab Shetty. Produced by Vijay Kiragandur and Chaluve Gowda, under Hombale Films, the film features Rishab Shetty, Sapthami Gowda, Kishore Kumar G and Pramod Shetty, Achyuth Kumar, and others.
