Mangaluru: Jewellery showroom employee arrested on sexual harassment charges

Mangaluru, Mar 8: A person working at a jewellery showroom in Kasargod has been arrested over charges of sexually harassment.

The arrested is identified as Muhammed Kunhi (52) from Kasargod.

The accused had sexually harassed and had unnatural sex with the victim. Based on the victim’s complaint, a case was registered in Mangaluru East police station under section 377 and 506 IPC. The accused was arrested from Kasargod and will be produced before the court.

The accused was working as a sales manager in the jewellery showroom. He is said to be the relative of the owner of the jewellery showroom.
