Mangaluru, Feb 18: Four Primary Health Centres (PHC) of the city will have separate Ayushmati women clinic soon. These clinics will begin working in PHCs situated at Bunder, Padil, Surathkal and Bejai.

Doctors for these clinics will be recruited from medical colleges. Mostly, women visit PHCs for various health related matters. Sometimes they do not get specialized treatment at PHCs. So the health department has begun this new section for only women.
