Mangaluru, Feb 17: A newborn baby was found abandoned in the service bus stand near Statebank here on Thursday February 16. The baby boy is being treated in the ICU of Wenlock hospital.

Small injuries were seen on the head of the baby and the health of the infant did not seem right. The baby had a tube in its nose while it was found in the bus stand. The baby is also suffering from fits.

Dr Basith, paediatrician at Wenlock hospital said that the baby boy is around a week-old. Locals have seen the baby in the arms of a woman accompanied by a man around noon near the bus stand. However, the baby was found at the base of an electricity pole in the evening.

Poor baby.I dont know how God will punish them for leaving so one baby without care.If one is not able to care kindly hand over to Ashrams or somebody no child has etc.But not on the road .Even a dog doesnt leave its pupies simply so.Hope baby recover fast and will reach a warm house and with warm hearts.
