Murder in broad daylight means police are sleeping or playing candy crush sitting in their cars. While people get murdered or get into accidents, these good for nothing police men will be sleeping just meters away.

Can`t blame police dept for every robbery and murder. We can`t expect one police behind every person. The owner is also responsible for this murder. It is his duty to install CCTV , hotline with police or owner and alarm (siren) system for emergency . Even if the police patrol vehicle is nearby , they may not know the crime unless there is some alert or the person involved is a notorious criminal.
