Bantwal, Feb 3: The mortal remains of an unknown person were found on the railway overbridge near B C Road main circle on Friday February 3.
The mortal remains were found in sleeping position. The age of the person is around 55 years.
It is said the deceased had consumed alcohol and slept on the same spot on Wednesday. Public who noticed the body informed the police.
Bantwal city police station sub inspector Ramakrishna and personnel visited the spot and shifted the body to Bantwal government hospital.
