Udupi: Overpass work at Santhekatte to begin from Jan 30 - MLA Raghupati Bhat

Udupi, Jan 28: Overpass construction work in Santhekatte Kallianpur will begin from January 30, said MLA K Raghupati Bhat in a press statement.

He has also asked motorists to cooperate during the course of the work. From Monday January 30 initially work will begin on Udupi to Brahmavar side of the road. The MLA has requested motorists to use alternative roads for commuting.

The overpass will be constructed at a cost of Rs 21.24 crore. Foundation stone was laid for the project on January 12.
