Mangaluru, Jan 26: The ground-breaking or Bhoomi pooja programme was held for Udbhav Developers’ 5th project 'Marcel's Maison', a new residential-cum-commercial building at Father Muller road in Valencia on Thursday January 26.
Parish priest of Valencia church Fr Roque D'Sa and director of Fatima Retreat Center Fr Anil D'Mello offered prayers on the occasion. Shankar Bhat performed other rituals.
"The building will be constructed with advanced technology and scientifically without compromising on quality, safety and good service. 'Marcel's Maison' is the 5th project of Udbhav Developers. The commercial establishment will come up on the ground and first floor. We are receiving calls from abroad for the purchase of flats," said Kiran B K of Udbhav Developers.
