Mumbai: BSKBA, Koota Mahajagattu Celebrate ‘Narasimha Jayanti’

Mumbai, May 21: Bombay South Kanara Brahmin Association (BSKBA), under the aegis of Koota Mahajagattu, celebrated ‘Narasimha Jayanti’ at Gokul, Sion, recently. 

Parameshwarayya and Subramanya Aithal performed various religious celebrations on the occasion.

BSKBA members were present during the celebration.

The annual general body meeting of Koota Mahajagattu was held in the afternoon, and was chaired by P V Aithal.

Gokul Bhajan Mandali organized a ‘Bhajan’ programme in the evening.  The group comprised Tara Rao, Sahana Potty, Indrani Rao, Kalanidhi Ballal, Prema Rao, Shakuntala Samaga, Chandravati Rao, Girija, Kaveri Rao, and B B Karant with Gopinath and Janardan on ‘tabla’.

Purohit Narasimha Mayya performed Narasimha Puja on the occasion.
