Usually there is a mastermind , the children are fed by him (expenses 40%, -no relation to contractor scam) , these people come all the way from Madhya Pradesh - Rajasthan -Gujarat border and move from place to place where there are religious festivals.

Authorities has to investigate regarding the origin of children. We have also seen ladies with small babies begging on streets. We are not sure if the babies are their own. There is a racket of kidnapping babies/children and put them for begging.
