Washington, Apr 27 (PTI) US President Barack Obama met Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces Mohammed bin Zayed al Nahyan.
The two leaders had a productive and wide-ranging discussion which focused on their common strategic interests in the region, the White House said.
Obama and the Crown Prince noted the strong ties between the two countries and emphasised the importance of continued close consultations between them.
The meeting occurred after National Security Advisor Tom Donilon's April 13 consultations with the Crown Prince in Abu Dhabi.
