Mumbai, Apr 23: With the support of Karnataka Sangha, Abhijit Publications and Laxmichaya Vichara Vedike released two Tulu-Kannada works – Pira Tunaga Pili and ‘Nannadallada Kavithe’ at Matunga West here on Friday April 22.

Dr Vishwanath Karnad presided over the programme and he released Sharadha A Anchan Kalamboli’s work Nannadallada Kavithe. Asha Manohar Hegde who was present as the chief guest released late Kadandale Vasu Shetty’s tulu work – ‘Pira Tunaga Pili’.

D G Bolar Thane was the honorary guest for the occasion. Eshwara Alevooru a AND Poornima Sudhakar Shetty delivered a introductory note on the books.       Jyothi  Devadiga read out the message from Abhijit Publications’ head Dr G N Upadhya and she also compered the programme.

Laxmi Sathish invoked God’s blessings on the occasion.Laxmichaya Vichara Vedhike’s head Bhujanga Shetty( B S Kurkal) delivered the key note address.
