GoAir's daily Mangaluru-Mumbai flights from December 24

Mangaluru, Dec 23: GoAir, India’s most trusted airline has announced the launch of a daily direct service to Mangaluru, its new destination on the domestic network.

Effective December 24, GoAir will link Mumbai to Mangaluru with a daily direct flight operated by a state-of-the-art Airbus 320neo.

Schedule of this flight has been planned to allow quick and convenient connections to Mangaluru. Tickets are currently available for sale across all booking channels.

GoAir flight G8 0338 will depart Mangaluru at 9.30 am and arrive Mumbai at 11 am. On the return, GoAir flight G8 0335 will depart Mumbai at 7.40 am and arrive at Mangaluru at 9 am.

One of the fastest developing cities in India, Mangaluru, is the major port city of Karnataka handles 75 per cent of India's coffee and cashew exports. Gateway to Karnataka and home to major chemical industries, this city's economy also comprises of industrial, commercial and agricultural processing. Mangalore lies between the Arabian Sea and the Western Ghats and is in close proximity to the temple town of Udupi, beaches of Malpe, jungles, hill stations and heritage sites.

Responding to the demand, we are delighted to announce the launch of new daily direct service to Mangaluru. This is a significant step for GoAir and demonstrates our continuous endeavour to provide greater choice and better connections for our passengers. GoAir has been accredited with four star low cost carrier rating in the recent 2021 US-based APEX survey. GoAir’s direct flight connecting Mumbai to Mangaluru will facilitate further growth in business and tourism between these cities.”

    There are good number of commuters between Pune and Mangaluru.Can any airline think of operating a flight between these 2 cities at least on weekly once basis.I remember Honarable M.P Sri Kateel once mentioned about this in one of the press meetings.

    I request with any airline to start a flight to Goa from Mangalore or one stop at Goa. I can say mysore-Mangalore - Goa. Is the best route for business as well as for tourists.
