Bengaluru, Nov 29: Inland Builders, one of Karnataka's most trusted developers, inaugurated its latest high-profile project in Bengaluru - 'Inland Edilon' on Sunday, November 22.

In keeping with COVID protocols, the inauguration was restricted to owners and select dignitaries.

Inland Edilon is a 116-apartment 4-storey project located on the International Airport Road at Yelahanka New Town, the fastest growing area of the mega city. Inland Edilon is a multi-amenity project with a dedicated club house, swimming pool, CCTV security and standby power. In close proximity are premier schools, colleges and shopping malls.

The inaugural function commenced with a gana homa by Archak Hari Bhat followed by blessings by pastor D'Mello and a dua by Maulana. From the Inland side, Ms Saraswati offered an inspiring invocation to the Almighty and this was followed by lighting of the auspicious lamp by Wahaj Yusuf Siraj, director of Inland and other dignitaries. Thereafter the chairman and managing director of the Inland Group, Siraj Ahmed honoured the landowners Ratnakar Hegde and Geetha Hegde with mementos.

In his inaugural speech, Siraj Ahmed, expressed his profound thanks to the assembled guests and to the purchasers of apartments in Inland Edilon who had placed faith and trust in the Inland brand and purchased apartments in the building. Thanks to them, most of the apartments in the building had already been sold out and only a few are available.

Inland, he said, was a 34-year-old company, hugely experienced in delivering modern, quality homes to people in Karnataka. "Though Mangaluru is our janma bhoomi, Bengaluru is and will remain our karma bhoomi," he said. "We will be doing many more projects in Bengaluru and look forward to always retaining the loyalty and trust of the highly literate and savy people of Bengaluru," he added.

Siraj also informed the gathering that Inland would soon be launching a landmark commercial project, Inland Business Park in Mangaluru. This ultra modern building would be located near KSRTC and Bharat Mall on Bejai Main Road. This would be a unique opportunity for investors, as Mangaluru is on the threshold of an economic boom with expansion of the seaport and airport and new hubs being developed for IT and other industrial units. RERA certification has already been obtained for the project and the Bhoomi Puja would be held on December 17.

Inland projects are landmarks in Mangaluru and he expressed confidence that the same success would be repeated in Bengaluru.

The function ended with a vote of thanks by Saraswati followed by refreshments.
