Mangaluru/ Udupi, Nov 21: As per the Dakshina Kannada health bulletin, the district reported 46 fresh coronavirus cases on Saturday raising the tally to 31,520. Out of these, 582 cases are currently active.
A total of 3,30,397 samples have been tested. Out of which, 2,98,877 are negative.
As many as 92 people were discharged on Saturday. A total of 704 deaths have occurred so far, including three on Saturday.
Over 13,714 mask violations were reported in the Dakshina Kannada district and Rs 14,83,612 in fines have been collected by the authorities.
Udupi
The coronavirus tally in the district has risen to 22,489, including 19 fresh cases on Saturday. Out of these, 195 cases are currently active.
Over 2,23,757 samples have been tested so far, of which 2,01,268 have turned out negative.
As many as 35 patients were discharged on Saturday. A total of 187 deaths have occurred so far.
