Oct 13: Dakshina Kannada records 314 new corona cases, Udupi 197; four deaths in twin districts

Mangaluru/Udupi, Oct 13: Dakshina Kannada reported 314 fresh coronavirus cases and three deaths on Tuesday.

As per the district health bulletin, a total of 27,146 positive cases have been reported till date, out of which 4,110 are currently active. A total of 2,04,805 samples have been tested, out of which 1,77,659 are negative.

As many as 22,424 patients have recovered and been discharged from hospital, including 486 on Tuesday. A total of 612 deaths have occured so far, including three on Tuesday.

Udupi

As per the district health bulletin, Udupi reported 197 fresh coronavirus cases and one death on Tuesday.

As per the district health bulletin, a total of 19,922 positive cases have been reported till date, out of which 1,994 are currently active. A total of 1,48,476 samples have been tested, out of which 1,28,554 are negative.

As many as 17,738 patients have recovered and been discharged from hospital, including 186 on Tuesday. A total of 168 deaths have occured so far, including one on Tuesday.
