Mangaluru, Sep 26: A woman has been found to have been murdered at Belleri, Hoohakuvakallu near Konaje here. The body of the victim, identified as Kusuma (50) was found lying at her home on Saturday September 26.

Kusuma used to stay alone at her home. Sources said that she would have been raped before her murder.

Konaje police have registered a case and begun investigation.

As per indications, the woman would have been murdered three days ago.

    what a cruelity .Those who murder people specially elderly ones,rape them too dont remember their own parents too?

    May be she was murdered ,so that she doesnt identify him .It must be some neighbours or known person that she lives alone.Neighbours didnt hear any noice ,?is very bad.Atleast when one neighour person without reason is not being seen out,mostly others doubt or visit and see whats wrong.Here it is not so?Murderer must be found and punish himOr them.so that others can live safely.May her soul rest in peace.

    That is sad. Such a harmless person becoming a victim of such a crime.

    I always suggest that the elderly persons (or people living alone) must have a dog or two. The dog is no guarantee for safety, but a majority of criminals avoid houses with dogs.

    Indeed it's very sad... Murdered also and raped her also... !! What type of cruel monsters these are!!! Why they don't remember their mother/daughter or sister for a minute before committing such heinous acts ?? Such cruel people won't spare dogs either. They feed the animals with poisonous meat dear....! Must catch hold the cannibals and cut off their one or two important parts of their body. They should suffer for lifelong and repent. Our laws should be harsh to those who are harsh and cruel ... May the departed soul of this lady Kusuma rest in peace.... 😌
