Sep 25: Dakshina Kannada reports 217 fresh coronavirus cases; Udupi records 63

Mangaluru/Udupi, Sep 25: Dakshina Kannada reported 217 new coronavirus cases and zero deaths on Friday.

Over 68 people were discharged on Friday taking the total discharges in the district to 15,794. 

As many as 21,247 confirmed cases of coronavirus have been reported so far in the district, including 217 on Friday, and 4,957 cases are currently active.

As per the state bulletin, 494 deaths have occurred till date in the district.

Udupi
 
As per the state health bulletin, Udupi reported 63 fresh coronavirus cases and zero deaths on Friday.

Over 103 people were discharged on Friday raising the total discharges in the district to 14,279. 

As many as 15,977 confirmed cases of coronavirus have been reported so far in the district, including 63 on Friday and 1,555 cases are currently active. As per the state bulletin, 143 deaths have occurred so far in the district.

    They have shortened the daily bulletin. The details of tests carried out are omitted. Why? When they were giving the details of tests, DK. had positive rate of 14 per hundred tests and Udupi 16. As per a report published in The Hindu dated 6th August 2020, there is under reporting of deaths and 198000 people would have died upto 31st July 2020.

    out of 10 top infected countries India is maintaining less fatality rate yesturday.
    india recorded 1.27% fatality on daily increase case. and other 9 country in top 10 list recorded more %.

    in India except MVA ruled Maharastra every state is reducing deaths

    Karnataka - 1%
    UP-1.97%
    Dehli - 0.6%
    WB-1.8%
    Odhisa - 0.35%

    Maharastra completely failed state and damaging Indias reputation in world.
