We should have one legislation and penal code that applies to drug uaage by all.
When we have saffron clad swamis in Himalayas- Haridwar and other holy places can be seen smoking gamja/charas, there are many govt licensed outlets in MP/UP/BIhar sell bhang , which one of my friends told me.
Also we should ban drinking of bhang during shivratri, North Indians indulge in it, in the name of shiva, which is very sad, We in south who worship Shiva as our deity don't do this nautanki in the name of tradition, why are we setting bad example to our own youth/children?

These days near every school /college in India I was told drugs gets sold, why cant police arrest these idiots? Does it provide some kind of incentive to police, not to catch them?
In my opinion marijuana/bhang/chars must be banned completely across india including some of our nautanki swamis, who are an eye sore rather than inspiration,

lets have one standard across India or your legalise it like some of the western countries if not destroy it, nobody should have it. Don't play this double game of letting some religious mendicants go high on it and allowing its use during certain festivities in the name of religion.
    Lets be straight on it.

There should not be any mercy on these drug mafias. Our law is very liberal. If you have money then can easily come out. Many people considered Kishore Shetty as their role model. Don't consider these fake personalities especially from politicians and actors as role models.

Wat rolemodel he is? Is he freedom fighter or he has done anything for the country or society. He was entertaining people with his talent. So many talented people deserve to be in finals of live show. Here people use their political background for their lobby.

What about steriods? They are also drugs, in a way, as some people get addicted to it.
Ganja is proven to be not addictive worldwide, unlike other drugs.
Alcohol and cigarettes are bigger addictions.
Many will disagree, but it is a fact.

It is dawning on people that any extraordinary performance (in any field) is achieved with the help of drugs.

I am surprised that the Indian Government does not subject the Indian cricket players to drug tests.
