Belagavi: In politics for another 20 years, will be CM within that period - MLA Umesh Katti

Belagavi, Jul 29: "I will be in politics for another 20 years. Within that period I will surely be the chief minister of Karnataka," said senior MLA of BJP Umesh Katti.
Katti was speaking at the foundation stone laying ceremony of Eshwara Linga Samudaya Bhavana at Hukkeri in the district. He further said, "Yediyurappa will always be our leader. There is no question about it. Only he has the capability of handling any kind of situation including drought, floods or coronavirus."
"BJP government will rule the country and the state for the coming 10 years and we will continue to work for the people. Giving me the ministerial position is left to the discretion of the chief minister. The cabinet is going to expand further within a week or 10 days. DCM Savadi and minister Jolle have travelled to Delhi for departmental work," he added.
On the occasion, Katti felicitated Eranna Kadadi, who is newly elected to the state legislative council on behalf of the Eshwara Linga temple committee.
