At most of the govt offices if work is not done and one complains to a higher official, the higher office just forwards it back to the lower office for redressal. This has to change, otherwise what is the need for a higher officer.

Why the Govt. is hasty in transferring our able Police Commissioner Dr. Harsha at this juncture. He should have been retained here for another one more here. What was such an urgency to transfer him now. Why our DCs and Police Officers are transferred often.

Police bosses are getting frequently transferred, is this an indication that they are unable to satisfy their mantri's wishes?
