around retirement time / before retirement, the person undergoes crisis...he is worried lack of income, lack of recognition, how to make ends meet in retired life etc. etc. BP shoots up...all people have to monitor BP from around 1 year before retirement regularly and keep the same under control through medication...hemorrhage is nothing but result of high BP...

Here is Sylvester D"Souza who had indeed served well as a protector of Peoples' rights. It is sad to note that in his retirement days which should have been a good respite to him, he does not keep good health.

May God help him and protect him.
