Mangaluru: KSRTC buses on second day run see increase in passengers

Mangaluru, May 20: Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) began its operations on Wednesday May 20, the second day after lockdown was lifted. There has been a marked increase in the number of passengers flocking the KSRTC bus stand at Bejai here.

People have been travelling to far off places after getting stuck here for long. They are forming orderly queue and entering the bus stand one by one.

Even city bus services are expected to resume on Wednesday.

    Please start full-pledged KSRTC buses between Mangalore-Udupi-Kundapur and Manipal route so that the commuters of twin districts will enjoy the public transport system as their own and will get more secured.

    Train is better. Start from karwar to Bangalore will carry more no. of passengers.
