Bantwal: Coronavirus-infected man from Vittal loses battle at Kuwait

Bantwal, May 19: A person from Kashimath, Vittal, who was employed at Kuwait, became a victim of coronavirus infection in that country.

The person concerned was sick since a month, and had been diagnosed with COVID-19 infection a week ago after tests were conducted.

He is survived by wife, a son, and a daughter.

He had visited his family last year during which period he had performed the marriage of his daughter before returning to Kuwait. The last rites of the man were conducted at Kuwait. Under the guidance of the priests of the local church, prayer and other last rituals were performed at his home here.
