Bengaluru, Mar 23: The fight of doctors against the pandemic coronavirus is laudable. They are virtually playing with their life in treating the infected patients.

Minister for primary and secondary education Suresh Kumar had first hand experience of the difficulties faced by the doctors while treating coronavirus-infected patients. He has shared his experience on social media.

In his post on Twitter, Suresh Kumar said, "I inspected the emergency measures in place to tackle the coronoavirus at the ESI hospital of Rajajinagar. When I wore the Astronaut protective gear, which needs to be worn by doctors and other medical health professionals while attending to coronavirus infected patients, I came to know how difficult is their plight as they have to wear it for a long time during their work."

This is the reason why prime minister Narendra Modi appealed with the citizens of the country to applaud the effort of the medical professionals in fighting this pandemic.

In coronavirus treatment, if the patient sneezes or coughs, the virus gets spread to people around him or her. That is why the doctors and other medical professionals have to be fully covered in the gear, which includes protective cover, gloves and mask to their face. It is very difficult to wear this on for the whole day as it is very uncomfortable.

The public have to salute the task of the medical professionals who are fighting it out against the dreaded coronavirus.
