Mangaluru: St Agnes College students visit St Antony's Home for Poor

Mangaluru, Feb 25: The students of the sports association,commerce forum, rangers and cultural association of St Agnes College (Autonomous), Mangaluru, visited St Antony's Home for the Poor, Jeppu.

As many as 70 students visited the home and interacted with the inmates. Fr Roshan DSouza, assistant director of the ashram addressed the students about the founder of the ashram. He also spoke to them about St Antony and his love for the poor.

The students were divided into four groups and were taken around the campus were the students interacted with the inmates and asked them about their day to day to day activities.

The inmates were happy to meet the students and interact with them.The students contributed towards the items purchased for the inmates.

Grocery items, and fruits were given to the inmates. Fr Roshan D'Souza thanked the students for their kindness and generosity.
