VHP said that the arrested people are not connected with the incident and that they were somewhere else at the time of the incident. Both Bajrang Dal and Vishwa Hindu Parishad, Ullal units, have requested the city police commissioner and the district in-charge minister to take action against the police who have arrested innocent people in the case and are trying to frame them.

VHP said that the arrested people are not connected with the incident and that they were somewhere else at the time of the incident.
Then better they do the police work and send police on leave.
There is a limit to interference. Let them prove in the court not on streets that they were somewhere else.
The city police commissioner should, not may, allow the police to do the job.
The district in-charge minister need to focus on his job and not support goondagiri.
Glad, the Supreme Court in trying to block criminals entering politics and becoming ministers.

How can an organization like VHP protect the alleged rapists and certify them as "innocent"? Their goons are the very people who beat the guys from a particular community who interact with girls belonging to their community. The police should now act without being biased or pressured by the VHP in order to bring the truth out.

If these are the representatives of Hindu society, then I'm sorry to say, society needs to take a deep hard look at itself. One day, this shielding of culprits - no matter how henious the crime, just because they are co-religionists, and the victim belongs to a faith you hate - will hit home

after BJP taken over Karnataka Mangalore is becoming Uttar Pradesh and Bihar of south India.
once Mangalore famous for healthcare, Real Estate and education, nowadays it is in light for police
firing, mumb scare, rape, murder, these used to happen only in states of UP or Bihar.

    RIP Mangalore.

saddest part is that many of the well educated , technically qualified, urban, Elite,
MNC working, gainfully self-employed and rich well to do manglorians are worst communal bigot.
