Bidar: Anti-CAA drama in school - Two women including headmistress arrested

Bidar, Jan 31: A case was registered recently against Shaheen Group of Institutions of the city accusing the school of presenting drama by students of the school which was against the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA). Now two women are arrested in this connection.

Police had registered a case after a person complained that the schools have used the students to insult the prime minister of the nation. Now the cops have arrested headmistress of the school and the mother of a student as per the information given by Shaheen Group of Institutions.

Bidar SP Sridhar has confirmed that Fareeda Begum and Naveeda are arrested in this connection.

Reacting to the arrests, Dr Abdul Qadir, president of Shaheen Group of Institutions said, "It is unfortunate that FIR ia registered against the faculty of our educational institution. They have applied for anticipatory bail."

    Why was action not taken by police when Kaldka bhat school.did drama on Babra masjid ..making students do haterate against mi iniroty Was that not a insult .
    CAA against is insult But drama against religion is not a insult ..

    Rahul, India is not North Korea. One is democracy and the other is dictatorship. That is what is happening in India now. You guy's did not make all this noise about the play at school at Kalladka but now you are playing a different tune. BJP ministers say goli maro that is OK.
