Mangaluru, Jan 16: The foundation stone for new commercial project 'Anantessh' being executed by Land Trades Builders and Developers, was laid here at Car Street on Thursday January 16.

Proprietor of Land Trades Srinath Hebbar, Basti Devdas Shenoy, Vasudev Shenoy, Prakash P S, Sriramulu Naidu, Peter Mascarenhas, Maroli Usha Kamath, Sushanth Rai, Mohammed Shamshuddin, Manohar Prasad and others were present.

'Anantessh' is crafted for modern business with wide variety of spaces to suit different commercial requirements. There are spaces for showrooms, shops, boutiques, offices and consultant chambers, well supported by excellent amenities and facilities, comforts and conveniences. Wide passages and stairways and spacious common areas allow for ease of movement amidst high footfalls and enable customers to easy access to the different outlets.

A prime property promoted by Land Trades Builders & Developers, 'Anantessh' is a ground plus four-storied structure and comes with facilities like basement parking, two automatic lifts, backup power generator, continuous water supply and toilets. Rain water harvesting is being incorporated in the building design to conserve water. Security is ensured through CCTV surveillance in common areas and fire-fighting facilities. The best of materials are used as construction inputs, for flooring, wall finishing, plumbing and fixtures.

The project location adjacent to the Flower Market will make it an apt landmark of Car Street, a locality of Mangaluru which is well known for being a hub of activity. “Car Street is the sacred abode of tradition. There are numerous temples in the vicinity and an air of festivity prevails here all through the year. People love to visit Car Street. Hence we are proud to contribute a modern commercial infrastructure to this locality,” says K Shrinath Hebbar, proprietor of Land Trades.

'Anantessh' is designed by architect Peter Mascarenhas of Archi-Technics, Mangaluru. The construction work has been assigned to MFar Constructions, reputed construction professionals of international standing.
