Mangaluru, Dec 18: KMC Hospital unveiled, first-of-its-kind, comprehensive knee and hip care center, to offer enhanced joint care services here at KMC Jyothi on Wednesday, December 18.
Addressing media on the occasion, Dr Sudharshan Ballal, chairman of Manipal Hospitals said, "With an aim to offer an all-encompassing and comprehensive service for preservation and replacement of joints, KMC hospital has unveiled Knee and hip care center at KMC Hospital Jyothi. KMC is the first in India to have focused center where latest technology is amalgamated with specialist clinical skills that help personalize treatment to best suit the needs of a particular patient. By providing comprehensive care for the knee and hip joints under one roof we treat the whole range of problems equally passionately with certified state of the art treatment.
"Dedicated hip and knee care is the need of the hour considering that India is currently facing knee ailments epidemic. Indians are facing various knee and hip related issues that needs the right treatment and medical advice.
