Courts instead of wasting time in bail hearing, should finishoff the hearing in the case and give verdict within a month of case..... justice should be served quickly.

Its shame on the advocates who argued his case....they should have argued in favour of giving stringent punishment to this spoiled brat. He will come out of the jail like a winner,...shame on our justice system.....very much disappointed with these turn of events...sad day for justice seeking people like me.

So easily Rapist's get Bail. Why give them Bail. They should be kept behind the Bar's atleast for 6 month's. This is why Rapes are going on everyday. You open the News Paper Rape news. You on the TV Rape news. No fear because there is no Stringent Law. You have Money, you are out with hour's.
