Daijiworld Media Network - Puttur (SP)

Puttur, Nov 21: The police have found out that Karim Khan (29), who is from Belur in Hassan district and currently staying at Kattathar in Kuriya, who killed two at Ajalady in Kuriya village and left another aged lady seriously injured wanted just to steal something.

The police have recovered a Karimani chain and Rs 6,000 stolen by him from the murder scene.

The police investigation has found that Khan, who was well known to the family, entered the house at 11 pm on Sunday by sliding a couple of tiles aside. The family members woke up because of the sound made by him. Khan developed cold feet as he was sure to be caught, having been well-acquainted with the family members. He immediately rushed to the kitchen, picked up a machete, and hit Sheikh Koggu Saheb, his wife Khateejamma, and her granddaughter Sabiha Banu. Koggu and Sabiha died on the spot while Khateejamma suffered serious injuries. During the scuffle, Khan suffered injuries to his hand.

After escaping from there khan had visited a doctor at Puttur for treatment. The doctor noticed that his hand was fractured, and advised to get admission as inpatient. But the accused insisted on only bandaging his hand, duly promising the doctor to return in two days.

During the religious programme organized near the village, his friends noticed the bandage. He explained that some unknown ruffians had flung their daggers at him, which caused this injury. Some of them advised him to file police compliant, but he refused.

On the next day, he told some friends that someone abducted and attacked him. He then got admitted into the government hospital in the town. After the murder came to light that day, his friend Kalandar, informed police about the attack on Karim Khan. Through him, the police questioned Karim Khan during which they realized that attack was a fabricated story.

Khateejamma is recovering from her injuries but she is not yet mentally prepared to issue any statements to the police. The police said that the accused is currently under treatment under police vigilance. Once he is released from hospital, they said, he would be produced in the court.

District superintendent of police Laxmi Prasad and additional superintendent of police Dr Vikram Amte, had supervised a team led by circle inspector Nagesh Kadri. With the support of deputy superintendent of police Dinakar Shetty, district police and district crime intelligence bureau officials, along with Sampya sub-inspector Saktivelu and probationary sub-inspectors Anjeneya and Rajumar, succeeded in cracking the case in record time.

Only a dumb bhakt will equate a cow with human being and call innocent. Even a tree is innocent and stop eating vegetables if you care so much about innocence.

there is more than just seen to the eyes and heard by the ears in this case.

I definitely feel that this bugger tried to rape the girl and she resisted and he must have killed her. When grandfather and mother got up, he killed them too, though the grandmother survived.\

This third rated fellow should be killed in public.

We have labor shortage in Estates in Sakleshpur. Since he is from neighbouring Belur Tq, he could have easily gotten work there if he was willing. Daily wage is around 300. Bangaalis with aadhar cards have come and setlled in lines to take up these jobs.
Its not that he is Jobless, its juts the idle state of poisoned mind . Some people just dont want to do hard work, only do stealing, some odd works here and there in fish marker or Bunder, loiter around City Center or Fiza mall ogling at girls , Steal cattle in Zen car, or steal jewelery like this etc. Then finally get one passport from United Embassy of Kasargod and go and join uncle or cousin in Saudi or Dubai.

in your first comment you felt & wrote that "this bugger tried to rape the girl....." but in second comment you wrote your assumption which is common for every incident you mention. so it is very clear that you hate demonetisation/modi/2014/sanatana that is the reason for each incident you write the same comment. your feelings & assumptions are not tallying, that is the main reason for your confusion . come out from negative thoughts & enjoy the life.
