Bengaluru, Nov 7: Relating to the case in which Ramesh, personal assistant of former deputy chief minister of Karnataka, Dr G Parameshwar, committed suicide reportedly relating to income tax raids, police personnel of Jnanabharati police station here have served notice for the second time to the officials of income tax department.

As per information, during the raids on Parameshwar's establishments and educational institutions, the income tax officials had also raided the home of Ramesh. As there are allegations that Ramesh killed himself after becoming fearful of the income tax raid consequences, the police had issued notice to them to attend the questioning session in person. But the income tax officials neither appeared for the questioning nor gave any proper reply.
