The catch was confirmed by Sanjai Mohan, principal chief conservator of forests (wildlife). He said that the teams were able to tranquilize the tigress at around 2 pm on Sunday, October 13. It will be taken in a cage to the Mysuru Zoo where it will be rehabilitated.

According to an eyewitness, one team among the five, tranquilized the tigress and the animal is in an unconscious state as of now. It was captured within the limits of Maguvanahalli inside the Bandipur National Park, which is a heavily forested area.

We have at one end stake of innocent villagers and other end protecting wildlife too. So uncontrolled developments of civilized society made forest encroachments and that lead to wild life like Tigers, Elephants, Leopard etc entering human territory. It is the concerned departments who are responsible not Tiger or villagers.
I think we must responsibly comment and show maturity.
