Bengaluru: Mansoor Khan reveals bribing IPS officer with 25 kg gold, Rs 13 crore cash

Daijiworld Media Network - Bengaluru (MS)

Bengaluru, Sep 25: IMA founder Mansoor Khan has revealed to the CBI and Karnataka SIT that he has bribed the then deputy commissioner of police (Bengaluru East) Ajay Hilori with 25 kg of gold and Rs 13 crore cash.

Sources said that Mansoor Khan informed the investigating team that Ajay Hilori had taken 25 kg gold in total saying that various officers have to be given their share of the booty. In addition, he had taken Rs 13 crore in cash in total by asking for Rs 1 crore each month.

The statements of Mansoor Khan are video recorded by the investigating team. In the chargesheet it is mentioned that Mansoor Khan had bribed scores of top level officers and politicians.

However, Ajay Hilori has denied the confession of Mansoor Khan. Hilori said, "It is true that I have met Mansoor Khan quite a few times. But I have never taken any gold or cash from him."

We will continue taking bribes. What u gonna do about it ? The poor people are always complaining. People should take responsibility for their own poverty and not blame govt officials. Develop your skills, work hard and you can also progress.

Hard earned money of poor people invested in IMA with full trust a portion of it was used to bribe politicians and govt servants. Shame on these people who have looted the hard earned money of poor people. This is white collar crime and day light robbery of poor people's money.

Do you think the guys sitting on the thrones care for the nation? If they did then do you think they will be owning huge stretches of lands worth lakhs of crores of rupees, super bungalows, super cars, drinking the best wines? and all this on cost of tax payers money, the same very taxpayers who go sometimes go hungry to pay taxes.
