Mangaluru, Sep 23: On account of the Dasara festival and celebrations, all degree colleges of the Dakshina Kannada district falling under the Mangalore University will have holidays from September 30 to October 15.

A notice issued by the Mangalore University vice chancellor states that all affiliated and autonomous degree colleges of the Mangalore University should declare Dasara holidays from September 30 to October 15, if the institutions are willing to give the same.

The classes which are lost due to these holidays will have to be adjusted. There will not be any changes, excepting this, to the educational itinerary of this year.
