Bengaluru, Sep 16: After much delay, the Karnataka government announced the district-in-charge ministers on Monday, September 16. Minister for Muzarai, Harbour and Fisheries, Kota Srinivas Poojary, has been appointed as the district-in-charge minister of Dakshina Kannada district, while home minister Basavaraj Bommai is in-charge of Udupi and Haveri districts. 

Chief minister B S Yediyurappa is the district-in-charge of Bengaluru urban. Deputy chief minister C Ashwath Narayana has been put in charge of Chikkaballapur and Ramanagara districts. DCM Laxman Sangappa Savadi has been put in-charge of Ballari and Koppal, while DCM Govind Karjol has been made the minster in-charge of Bagalakote and Kalaburagi.

Minister for Revenue, R Ashok, is in-charge of Bengaluru Rural and Mandya. 

Minister for Health, B Sriramulu has been made in-charge of Raichur and Chitradurga.
