Tumakuru: DCM Ashwath Narayan finds it tough to handle Shivakumar's fans

Daijiworld Media Network - Tumakuru (SP)

Tumakuru, Sep 10: Karnataka deputy chief minister (DCM), C N Ashwath Narayan, who was on a visit to Tumakuru on Monday September 9 to take part in a programme organized by Vokkaliga community there had an ugly situation to handle as angry fans and supporters of jailed former minister, D K Shivakumar, shouted him down and created obstacles.

It is said that a crowd of Shivakumar's supporters surrounded Ashwath Narayan, raised slogans and created a situation of discomfiture for him. Former chief minister, H D Kumaraswamy, who also is a Vokkaliga leader, was present. It may be noted that Ashwath Narayan and Shivakumar also belong to Vokkaliga community.

Shivakumar's supporters strongly feel that arrest of their leader was the result of witch hunting by the BJP, although the BJP leaders have been repeatedly saying that they have nothing to do with it. There have been charges that politics of revenge is being resorted to by the BJP leaders, in particular by chief minister, B S Yediyurappa. In connection with the arrest of Shivakumar on charges of money laundering, state BJP president, Nalin Kumar Kateel, had said on Sunday that Shivakumar is in trouble on account of conspiracy hatched by former chief minister, Siddaramaiah.

Mr Karkera, You mistaken my comment OK, If anybody create trouble to general public ,that act will not be entertained. No politician should entertain anti social elements.
Expressing someone's freedom is not damaging public property.
And finally , I trust in ' what you reap, that you harvest.'
Please don't compare me with others. Hope you understand.

People who involved in protests just arrest them and clean roads where ever they destroyed the nation's property and recover from them forcibly as now done with motor vehicle for wrong move.

If agitation turns voltaile...please increase hardship on D K more. It's what last solution. Only than family members of D K will inform protestors not to indulge in such acts.
