Jeddah: Free hotline related to pilgrimage rituals launched

Jeddah, Aug 12: A free hotline is offered by ministry of Islamic affairs in Saudi Arabia to answer all questions on pilgrimage rituals here. It will have electronic messages about Hajj and Umrah and messages from religious researchers in Arabic, English, French, Urdu, Turkish and Indonesian.

Callers can also converse to one of the representatives for guidance who are available round the clock. The team has several religious preachers.

The ministry has also launched Fatwa Robot service to access fatwas and advice in a number of languages. People with special needs have a separate version designed for them.
