Because we have mobiles nowadas for every leaf that falls down can be filmed and spread all over the world.what were they doing before mobiles came ?am sure same act as today.Shoulnt make it a big issue out of it.He didnt stop to drink a tea.Natural that a motor men cant simply leave his working place and look into mobiles. They work for hours.and in rainy season person ans more need of relieving himself. In future railway should think of having a extra man as motor man for any emergency that exists on the way.Or have a dixi toilet Chemical tank) for them.It can also turnout danger if motor man stops train and some goondas enter train and start goodagiri, loot money from passengers.

Mr. Shinde hasn't done a heroic act, in fact he belongs to the Category of people who shoot videos of "dying" accident victims in the roads. Understand the urgency to relieve uncontrollable natural calls. I don't find anything wrong with the Motorman.
All Indian Railways Engines don't have a Toilet / Refreshing facility for Drivers. Where will they relieve themselves?
Mr Piyush Goyal should travel in one Engine for extended hours & what will he do?

That motorman should have urinated in the cabin itself if he could not control. This incident captured on video by Sonu Shinde will become a big issue and the motorman can be in trouble.

The Motorman could have tried doing it from the engine room, without stopping the train. Only he knows how bad the situation was!! Lol...

Yeh Log Kabi Nahi Sudrenge...... Earlier Environmental Protection Act and now Swacch Bharath or any laws hence forth will not be useful until the mentality changes.... Only Stringent Disciplinary Action can make India clean....

You cannot blame the motorman for this. They have long hours of duty and do not have washroom facilities inside the cabin. Indian Railways should ensure that there are washrooms inside the motorman's cabin so that such incidents can be avoided.

Sonu Shinde has not done a heroic act by capturing a motorman relieving himself but a mean, inhuman one.
There is dire shortage of motormen and are made to run trains for extended hours without any basic amenities or breaks for answering even nature's call.
The railway authorities should learn lesson from this act and address immediate solution.

First time in the news perhaps. It's a common sight along our highways, usually truck drivers on long journeys relieving themselves.
