Udupi: Bhaskar Shetty murder case - Bail denied to accused Navneet Shetty

Udupi, Jul 13: Navneet Shetty, one of the main accused and son of the deceased, in the murder case of NRI entrepreneur Bhaskar Shetty was denied bail by Principal District and Sessions court of the town.

Justice C M Joshi, who gave the verdict in this regard on Friday did not grant bail to Navneet.

Among the accused in the murder case of Bhaskar Shetty, the Supreme Court had granted bail to Rajeshwari Shetty, wife of Bhaskar Shetty.

Astrologer Niranjan Bhat and Navneet are in prison. Niranjan Bhat's application for bail was rejected by the Supreme Court earlier.
