Bengaluru, Jul 10: Former JD(S) state president H Vishwanath, termed the obscene audio claimed to be in his voice as a conspiracy hatched to malign his image either by his own party men or some other party, who are angry at the fact that he had resigned. He felt that the man in the audio looks likes mimicking his voice.

Vishwanath, who is currently staying at Mumbai with some other disgruntled fellow legislators, gave the above information on Tuesday when speaking to media persons there.

"All these things are common under the circumstances we are in now. With the use of modern technology, lot of things can be got done. I do not take this seriously. People of Karnataka know about me," he commented.

He mentioned that at the end of the audio, the question whether such a person befits the post of the minister is contained. He said it denotes that the audio is clearly a conspiracy against him. He said that he cannot be bogged down by such intimidating tricks.

The audio contains conversation of a person with a woman in sexually explicit language. It is alleged that the voice in the audio is that of Vishwanah. This audio, running time of which is 4.26 minutes, has become viral in social websites.

These MLA ‘s who are in Mumbai & who are elected by people of our state should have common sense .The tax payers money is spent for election & these idiots are elected.
If these idiots are not capable to convince for the devolopment of their constituency to their party leaders let them sit in their house & let any other person be elected for that seat. It’s nothing but these people are enjoying with Tax payers money directly or indirectly which is an other burden to Tax payers .Even politicians of same or other party should not entertain such MLA ‘s

    Dear Kamath,
though am niot supporting MLA to sit some resorts in Mumbai, but i want to ask you one thing, did u oppose when all congress MLA from Gujarat came to Karnataka and stayed in some resorts when there was need of peoples representative due to heavy rain in Gujarat?
Do u support Karnataka MLAs shifted to Resorts and drunk till neck and fight each other?
more over above u can see how Congress is manhandling the MLA who ever resign. Might be these MLAs facing life threat from Congress Goons, so they shifted instead of staying in Karnataka.

Its not manhandling. If they cannot stick and unite to the party they deserve to be thrown out. They are elected by us so they have to be there. They cannot run away from their duties. If they want to resign cz they dint get power or cz their needs are neglected then they really dnt deserve to be sitting there.
2ndly congress doesnt have goons like the BJP and its units like BD, VHP and ABVP they must be torturing the MLAs in Karnataka thats why they are in mumbai.
BJP is waiting to poach them and begin ruling.
Yeddi is waiting anxiously looking at the clock thinking will his time will cme befre his last breath.
