Mangaluru: Senior Konkani writer Linus Moras passes away at 64

Mangaluru, May 23: Senior Konkani writer and activist Linus Moras passed away here on Thursday , May 23.

Linus Moras had published his first Konkani novel ‘Dhuvri’, few days before his demise, on May 15.

He is survived wife Jessy Moras, a son and a daughter.

 

He was an active member of Daiji Dubai writers’ forum and Mangalore Konkans in Dubai where he lived for more than 4 decades. He always worked for Konkani causes voluntarily in Dubai as well as in his native place.
